5. Returns & Refunds
✅️ Products can be returned within 7 days if they are damaged or incorrect.
✅️ Refunds will be processed within 7 days after approval.
✅️ If you wish to return a product due to personal preference or any other issue, a charge of 200 BDT will apply. (Since we use a single-use box, this fee covers packaging and courier charges. The return charge is 140 BDT within Dhaka and 200 BDT outside Dhaka.)
